 We require the services of a suitably qualified and experienced

LITIGATION SECRETARY

in our

LITIGATION DEPARTMENT


Requirements:

·        At least 10 years’ experience as litigation secretary in a law firm;

·        The ability to draft and prepare High Court-, and Magistrates’ Court documents;

·        Knowledge of the court processes in the High Court and Magistrates’ Court;

·        Outstanding communication- and typing skills;

·        Bilingual (Afrikaans and must be particularly proficient in English);

·        Proficient in MS Office;

·        Experience in LegalSuite;

·        Ability to pay attention to detail, to be proactive;  to organise and prioritise; and to also efficiently prepare monthly bills of cost;

·        Ability to work independently.
