CONVEYANCING SECRETARY

in the firm’s

CONVEYANCING DEPARTMENT

Requirements:

• At least 5 – 10 years’ experience in the preparation of transfer and related documents;
• Bilingual (Afrikaans and English);
• Experience in the following will be beneficial:
o Normal and sectional title transfers;
o Estate transfers;

• Experience in the following will be beneficial:
o Consolidations and subdivisions; and
o Opening of Sectional Title Registers.

• Experience in the following programs will be beneficial:
o GhostConvey; and
o Legal Suite
